I started my career in Management Consulting, helped found and lead a 100-person Healthcare Analytics company in Chicago, and held an executive role at a publicly traded global Healthcare Technology & Services firm.
From my experiences, I learned the teams who are leading the way in the Analytics and AI revolution are those who successfully integrate the Business, Data and Technology disciplines, cultivate the required systems and culture, and focus on developing their talent.

I established and led the Analytics group for Convey's Supplemental Benefits Administration group. I developed analytics to improve forecasting, strategic decision-making, and enhance customer insights, engagement, and clinical value.

I helped found Pareto Intelligence in 2013, building the initial product and analytics capabilities. I led the first round of client sales and implementations, and managed multiple key accounts. During 2015-2017, I led the organization's Innovation program, and then shifted to leading the Product & Analytics groups in 2018. Most recently I led the Data Science & Analytics groups, as well as Innovation during 2019-2022.

I advised Health Insurers and Ancillary Benefit Providers on various strategic, operational, and financial topics. My areas of focus included Government Contracts, Regulatory Impact Analysis, Strategic Analytics, and Financial Modeling. I helped several leading Insurers prepare for the regulatory and financial impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) during 2012-2014.
